In Home Training

Fitness University has developed a diverse, progressive program for in-home training. The client will enjoy great workouts and positive results with or without their own in house gym or equipment. We are able to provide all the resistance and unique exercises.

In-home clients go through the same health screening process as studio clients and we do expect similar results. Early morning or evening times available based on clients convenience and travel time.

  • health screening
  • orthopedic screening
  • diet configuration
