Each individual body is built different and responds to different stimulus whether it is food, cardiovascular strain, or weight resistance. Individual responses can be manipulated by proper diet and specific exercise geared toward the clients goals. There is no such thing as a quick fix or a miracle diet, if there was such a thing that would mean all bodies respond to exactly the exact same stimulus the exact same way.
