Group Training

Group training with Fit U is a great way to stay motivated and get the competitive juices flowing. Groups are trained inside the studio and outdoors. A boot camp style can be set up anywhere or at any park. Outdoors workouts are done mainly with thera-bands for resistance and jump ropes for additional cardio. There also is a fair amount of calisthenics and jogging, along with other unique exercises to always keep it fresh. All groups are very challenging and you will see results, keep in mind all exercises can be geared to fit all fitness levels. Multiple fitness tests are preformed each month to gage progress.
